Enjoy a night like no other with a spooky Quarantine Station Ghost Tour. Hear about the strange things that have happened to former tour participants and visitors to the site, with this 2.5-hour ADULT ONLY walking ghost tour. Immerse yourself in the history of the site where people were once isolated from their past and future homes, rather trapped in a transitory space.
As you explore the haunted spaces of the stations, listen to the different stories as you enter the hospital, morgue, shower block and more. Stories won't be all you hear, however, with unusual sounds like music and the clattering of pots and pans often documented. Not only this, but smells such as lemons or potatoes, and very cold spots throughout the site are sure to make your hairs stand up.
With the assistance of your professional guide, enjoy this unique Sydney tour. Walking with the light of lanterns, you will explore one of the most haunted sites in Australia! Tours run on Wednesdays Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at 8 pm, returning at approximately 10.30pm. You must arrive at Q Station at least 30 minutes before your tour to ensure you don't miss out!
“ Host was very entertaining, very knowledgeable. Really made us feel like part of the tour. Great attitude and makes us want to come back again for the day tour. The tour itself was fantastic, lots of dark and eerie spaces and the accompanying stories made this tour absolutely unforgettable.

1 year agoRoss was a great guide with personal encounters that made it more personable. We got to see what life might have been like living on the station in the earlier days. Interesting encounters from previous tours with the past residence. I would highly recommend the tour.
4 years agoI loved the whole thing, even though I got really scared and was glad to drive away. The tour guide was full of fascinating stories about the history of the place, as well, as what other people have experienced on the tours. I didn't really pick up on any energy or ghosts, but I was enthralled for the whole tour, and the guide even played a bit of a practical joke which had some of us screaming! I want to go again, and stay overnight.
5 years agoOut of this world! Arrived early and was able to have a few pre-tours Bevvies in The Boilerhouse. You could even tie in dinner if you timed it well. The tour was amazing. Lots of history and a few bumps in the night to keep you and everyone on the tour on their toes. The Q station has a very colourful history and the tour guide was very informative. It's not for the unfit. There are a few hills and long walks but plenty of places to sit and rest up while the tour is going on. We had a senior with our group and she survived to tell the tale. I really recommend the tour and the staff on the tour and look forward to coming back for the more intense Ghost Hunt.
5 years agoThere was 4 of us on this tour with another 2 couples. We enjoyed the history on the tour as well as some of the stories about ghost sightings. We would like to return in daylight hours to see all the things that cant be seen at night. Carole, our guide, was very good and informative.
7 years agoWe did the tour last night there were 20 people on our tour, the perfect number. Sara was our tour guide who had us all on pins and needles with her stories of the "residents" of Q station. The station it'self is really well maintained, the grounds are looked after and the view is to die for, pardon the pun. Even though I didn't see any of the ghosts, I'm sure they are there. The atmosphere tells you that something is there. Even if you don't see anything you get a good historical tour of something that is very much part of our history.
