“ Friendly and knowledgeable staff made the experience very enjoyable. The facilities are ever-changing and improving as the team settles into the newer location. We loved being able to feed a variety of sharks and rays with our 3-year-old as well as listen to lots of information about the species we could see. Plenty to do undercover even in pretty torrential rain, although you do need to walk a hundred metres or so outside to get between covered sections. The sharks and rays all appear to be well-loved and taken care of.
