Discover the sustainable journey of spirits from farm to bottle at the famous Husk Distillery in North Tumbulgum in Northern NSW. Go behind the scenes of Australia’s first agricultural rum distillery to see how 100% of the cane grown on the farm transforms into a sipping spirit bursting with flavour in your cocktails.
You may have seen the world’s first colour changing ‘Ink Gin’ going viral on social media but this guided distillery tour will guide you through how the spirits are distilled and bottled. The guided tour is followed by a tasting of five of their core spirits including gin, sugar cane rum mixes and any upcoming releases. Wrap up the Husk Distillery tour with a cocktail from their extensive menu as you take in the serene farm setting.
